Women-Led Support in Split for Local women entrepreneurs and creatives

Are you a woman in Split working creatively or on a new business? Especially one catering to digital nomads? We want to welcome you into our space.

We’re offering a FREE 1-day-a-week seat for you to develop your work and become part of the growing community in Split, and access our digital nomad community and any other way we can help you through our combined businesses and experience.

Who are we?

Split Hostel and Saltwater Workspace are women-led businesses in Split.

We’ve seen an emerging field of talent PIVOTING and CREATING (awesome!) to offer digital nomad services, given the new permit is now here.

We’re all originally from Australia – and between us run a chain of hostels, restaurants Zinfandel food & wine bar Brasserie on 7, Charlie’s Bar, central coworking spaces and small to large digital nomad events in Croatia.

Who can join us?

Our doors are open to women in the Split area, who are based here and can contribute to making Split a great digital nomad community through their business or creative work and engaging with visitors. Note – this is for locals with Croatian citizenship, not digital nomads or foreign residents. You can join us the regular way

We’ll be accepting up to 5 women, for an initial 3 month term per seat. In exchange, you’ll get to work on your ‘thing’ 1 day per week – and join us at our events, chat to international nomads … and water the plants if they need it.
