Working remotely can be a challenge. We know. It’s why Saltwater was founded. Since 2017, we’ve supported hundreds of digital nomads and multiple destinations to form a professional community through our award winning events, experiences and coworking. Our aim is to enrich the remote working lifestyle of likeminded professionals and help cities and companies stand out to the workationers, the nomads and the slomads.
We hear from people all the time about: accommodation, programs, retreats, team buildings etc. Avoid the mistakes, and build a robust, longterm strategy – which takes into account the latest trends and best practice in attracting remote workers. We used to run full service coworking spaces in Split and partner locations. Now, our focus is on custom events, corporate workationers and community service through our co-founding role of the Digital Nomad Association (DNA) Croatia.
